Just gonna echo all the other comments on here because I don’t think it can be said enough: this was really well told, with Lucky’s and it’s crew the fascinating and incredible subject-cherry on top of a provocative and beautifully wordsmithed sundae. Keep it up. Super compelling. The man with the rabbit mask often waits near the dumpster when you take the trash out. He won’t bother you unless you look at him so ignoring him is the way to go. The embroidered name tag on my uniform reads Isabella, but that ain’t even close to my real name. It was my mom’s. Lucky’s has been here a long time. Once A Trucker Always A Trucker Truck T-Shirt I wear it because I like hearing her name said by other people. It’s like she’s still here, still coming up in conversation. Like she might walk through the door any second and isn’t buried in the cemetery just past the strip club.

I’m fairly certain Mr. Prince is the devil, and Leroy is being taken to the diner for his last meal before he is taken to hell. I also think Leroy is the one who killed the little girls which is why he had the shoes and also why Mr. Prince tipped off the officer about the location of the last body/bodies. Many many creatures respect hospitality boundaries. It’s all about respect with a lot of the beings from old lore. I hope this becomes a series! More more more!!! Being a waitress and having worked at little off the road diners, this Once A Trucker Always A Trucker Truck T-Shirt perfect in describing some of the characters you meet. I always said I’d write a book, this is awesome! Am I the only one who noticed small details about some vampires in the area?? The people who can only enter when they’re invited and the three kids who “hunt” (they were 4 before) with they crucifix? Very well told this story, would love to hear some more.
