As an attorney, I try to remind myself of this. I used to work for an organization providing free legal advice and services to low-income elderly citizens and once referred to the amount of money at issue in a dispute (around $50) with the qualifier “only.” What I was trying to say was that the cost of filing fees and the like would render extensive efforts to pursue the legal claims moot–Mother of Boys shirt spend a few hundred dollars or more to get back the $50 you’re owed? However, the client took issue with me referring to it as “only” $50 and explained how much she needed that money and that by losing it, she would be unable to pay some of her bills that month. Thankfully I was able to get her the $50 back, free of charge, by simply making a phone call, but it still stuck with me and reminded me to be careful how I frame things. I was just thinking practically and thinking of the $50 in the context of a lawsuit or the like. But I needed to remember just how much that was for her and that the situation required a bit more sensitivity.

Fully agreed with you… I have the luck that I don’t have to count pennies but still, a kid should never be reliable for acting as these unkind and nasty companies hope them to act just to earn a couple of euros… For this, like this, I wanted to start a change.org movement against Fifa and EA hoping Mother of Boys shirt they will add labels and proper age restrictions to buy items and better explanations to parents. Oh yeah, I’m not denying it’s a lot of money, I just meant that headlines like this and stories, in general, tend to be exaggerated so people who don’t know how much Fifa points are might think 36k could cost £1000’s, be fair, you only need Xbox Live to play matches in online game modes. I’m not sure about the purchasing of FIFA points, but without XBL you can still connect to the EA servers and play offline UT; correct me if I’m wrong.

Loool reminds me of my younger brother. Came home to visit and noticed his team was full of TOTS players. A few days later my poor mum got her credit card statement through, around £1100. To be fair to Microsoft and EA they reimbursed the lot, and Mother of Boys shirt banned spending on his account. Yup, he kept everything except has dignity. Muppet didn’t learn (neither did my parents) he ended up doing the same on a mobile game about a year later (racked up £300). Again, somehow got it all back. It’s almost like these companies want the kids to spend, but don’t want to look like they are abusing the system!. Noone read the article long enough to see that the points were bought on an Xbox that wasn’t the one her boys shared. She was legitimately hacked or the boys signed their account elsewhere and a friend screwed them over or something.
