The mosh pit for Caught in a Mosh was not even a pit. Pretty sad – at least LoG and Slayer’s pits were decent. Fwiw, they sounded great. Pretty sure had all the OG guys too, except for the not-Scott-Ian guitarist. That’s weird. I’ve seen em twice, both opening for Slayer actually, and the crowd was huge for both. Caught in a Mosh was straight up violent. I don’t even like them but Maiden iron thank you for the memories band members signatures shirt some of the most fun I’ve had had a show. I think it’s because the lineup was 5 bands and the crowd seemed rather, shall we say, older. Like people who don’t mosh. It was kind of weird, but it didn’t strike me as too odd. It was honestly nice to see them with these tweens there to see Lamb of God and whatnot. It also kind of explains why the Lamb of God set had great action. No fights either – that was a surprise for sure from a Lamb of God crowd.

Where does this happen? Anthrax plays in Finland like every other year and the crowd is killing. Tuska Festival + Anthrax is always worth watching. Even that I am not an Anthrax fan, but still I enjoy watching that nut head crowd. Upstate NY. It sucks because it’s the only venue near Maiden iron thank you for the memories band members signatures shirt I live that can host bands as big as Slayer. No encores. Very lame. You could tell the band was pissed too – Kerry seemed notably pissy, but he at least chucked a few picks into the crowd. Sometimes the crowd just suffers from this weird mass lethargy. It’s weird. Like this one Opeth show that was on Wednesday. The crowd was so silent that Mikael was many times like ” Wow. You are quiet today. Go get some more beer. Why are you so quiet today? Usually, you are all drunk and noisy and shit”
